Description of problem:
Past couples days machine has been jamming where the paper is lifting from trays 4 or 5 to print. Sometimes will jam in the side door, but repeatedly has been jamming/throwing an error with the paper tray issue. It has happened multiple times in the same spot just the past couple of days, would like someone to come out and make sure nothing is displaced that can be fixed please!
